洗牙

衛生處 suggest 起碼一年要去揾牙醫洗牙同做 check-up ，而我依啲生活唔定時成日攪到無刷牙，真係要定時 check 吓。結果今日去咗揾河馬（吳醫生），雖然啲牙無乜大問題，但聽河馬話要每日刷兩次牙同用牙線，同下星期再找一日攪一攪隻蛀牙同啲智慧牙。死，我怕痛呢
